First, Dr. Stephenson cleaned the packed. Dr. Stephenson was wonderful! First he cleaned the wax from my ears, which the person who sold me my hearing aids had not even bothered to do. Then he showed me how to insert them correctly. The difference was amazing! And so was he!...
