I’m very pleased with my experience at American Family Hearing Aid Center. It began on a super positive note when Bella greeted me upon arrival. She was very professional, yet conveyed caring and courtesy throughout the visit. Mark was super professional and handled my case thoroughly and expeditiously. I’m impressed by his knowledge and experience, and even by his success with troubleshooting a glitch in the hearing aid vendor’s system. I appreciate this business and expect that I’ll always come back for service and support for my hearing aids.

I had an excellent experience with Mark Stevenson and Bella Boddie at American Family Hearing Aid Center. Mark is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping his patients hear better. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured. His years of experience really show, but what impressed me most was the personal attention and level of care he provides. I also want to recognize Bella, who is wonderful. From the moment you walk through the door, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She is friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, and you can tell that she takes pride in making sure every patient has a great experience. She is a tremendous asset to the office. Mark and Bella make a great team and create an atmosphere where you feel like you're being taken care of by people who truly care about you, not just another appointment on the schedule. Mark is awesome. He is quick to figure out the problem, discuss the options And fix the problem right away. I felt very dumb dumb at the beginning, but Mark assures me that I’m not dumb. Technology changes all the time. Bella is by an A+ receptionist and assistant. She is personable, always smiles. I would recommend Mark to anyone that is in need of Hearing Aids or consultation. The hearing specialist Mark was very understanding with my feelings. Because I suffer with anxiety and some depression I was apprehensive before coming in. It’s been embarrassing for me to not really hear good my family and have them repeat things again. And even when I’m having to talk to people on the phone it’s embarrassing that I didn’t hear them correctly. He made it easy for my fitting process and I really do appreciate it. The receptionist was very polite too!
