Laura, the receptionist was extremely welcoming. She immediately took my hearing aids to clean them. I felt very comfortable about the place. Mark gave me a hearing test and explained options for my hearing aids. He adjust my hearing aids and set up an appointment for 4 months out. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. I'm happy to have a nice place to go to for future hearing aid needs.

I have been seeing Mark for about 4 1/2 years now. He is very upfront about costs, or issues you may have questions about. He and his staff are very pleasant by phone or in office. The hearing aids I purchased have been awesome throughout the 4 1/2 years I have worn them. Very trustworthy place and staff to provide you the best audiologist care! I give them 5 stars for excellence!!

Excellent Experience, I had some ringing in my ear and went there for the hearing test and cleaning. Genuine advice and told me to avoid unnecessary tests, not very common when you visit Doctors office. Thank you!

First, Dr. Stephenson cleaned the packed. Dr. Stephenson was wonderful! First he cleaned the wax from my ears, which the person who sold me my hearing aids had not even bothered to do. Then he showed me how to insert them correctly. The difference was amazing! And so was he! Judith Chidester
