Mark Stevenson is an award-winning hearing health professional with over twenty years of experience in the hearing industry. Mark’s mission is simple: to focus on the unique needs of each patient and treat their hearing loss individually. Mark strives to make a positive impact in the community by bettering the hearing lives of his patients.
Outside of his work, Mark loves spending time with his wife and three children in the outdoors, enjoying nature.
Laura Hook
Patient Care Coordinator
Laura is originally from Southern California and moved to Acworth , Georgia in 2017. Laura began working in the hearing industry in 2013 as a temporary employee and found that she loved the opportunity to help people reconnect with life once they could hear properly.
What Laura loves most about this position is the daily interaction and continued contact with her patients making sure appointments go smoothly, questions are answered, apprehensions are relieved and then listening to the stories of what they realized they had been missing out on during follow up visits.
Outside of the office Laura loves spending time with her family, friends, reading, quilting and exploring the history and beauty of Georgia.
Cassie
Cassie is originally from California but made the move to Georgia in 2015. With a strong passion for helping others and a deep desire to make a positive difference in their lives, she is thrilled to be working in the hearing aid industry, where she can directly contribute to improving the lives of others.
What Cassie loves most about her role is the chance to connect with patients on a personal level, listen to their unique stories, and be part of their hearing journey. She finds great fulfillment in helping individuals regain the ability to reconnect with the world around them through better hearing, knowing the impact it has on their overall well-being.
Outside of work, Cassie loves exploring new places, hiking, and spending quality time with her friends, family, and her fur babies.
