I returned to American Family Hearing Center to receive my new Hearing aids. Again the service was excellent. Mark spent a lot of time to answer my questions and adjust my Hearing aids. I have a pair of hearing aids that I purchased in 2017 but have rarely used. After a recent hearing test my audiologist informed me that although they were top of the line for when I bought them new technology had passed them by. I was reluctant to spend the $6,000 or so that a new pair of high-end aids would cost, and so I was looking for someone who could tune up my existing pair. I called two separate audiologist who each wanted around $375 to clean and calibrate my existing pair. Searching for an alternative, I found Mark Stevenson’s American Family Hearing Aid Center. I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in to the office. After a brief wait Mark was able to see me. He helped re-fit my aids, suggested a smaller size dome, and replaced the retention wires. My aids now fit much better than previously, and with the smaller dome size I’m hearing better than I have for years. And all of this was for a fraction of what the audiologists would have charged. I can’t recommend Mark highly enough. Great guy, very knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and helpful. I’m extremely glad I found his company.
